Returns & Exchanges
Should your purchase not be appropriate Kids Galore welcomes Returns & Exchanges within 10 days of the original date of purchase.
Please contact us for a Returns & Exchanges form, this shall be emailed to you and includes all appropriate information to assist you in the process. Please print this, fill out all relevant fields and return to the address provided.
Once Kids Galore received your return, we will be contacting you on the details of an issued store credit or confirm your exchange. Please allow 4 days for processing.
The customer is responsible for all costs incurred to return parcels to Kids Galore, we recommend a traceable mode of delivery as we will not be responsible for any parcels that are lost or misplaced. An additional postage charge will apply to return the exchanged item to the customer.
All returns must be unused, in original packaging. If a return is suspected to be anything but in its original condition the item shall be returned to the customer and redelivery will be charged.
Kids Galore will provide credit for returned items only and reserves the right to charge actual original postage cost on the return of an item.
We do not refund for change of mind. If the product is faulty, we will gladly refund the item less any discounts or promotions applied to the original order.
Strictly no returns or exchanges on sale or discounted items.
